About

This is my personal blog where I write about living and working as a multiply neurodivergent human. I’m autistic and have ADHD along with several other co-occurring conditions. I’m also a product owner, scrum master, content designer and strategist, researcher and analyst, and sometime postgraduate student.

I’ve managed to keep a roof over my head for most of my so-called adult life by getting paid to write for other people. This is where I write for me – but I hope there might be something here that resonates for you as well.

I write from a personal perspective and my experiences don’t represent the extraordinary diversity of the autism community.

I sometimes draw on the literature where it’s relevant to my posts. I do this in the awareness that it’s generally underpinned by the values of positivism and empiricism, which are incompatible with the narratives of subjective lived experience.
